Valfondo, Montepino's logistics portfolio manager, exceeds all growth expectations in under a year with 500,000 m2 of new GLA
In the last 10 months, Valfondo has leased 260,000 m2 of new logistics space and is in the process of completing a further 316,000 m2 for Montepino. In addition, it has delivered 175,000 m2 of new warehouses in the same period. This year, Montepino will invest €300 million on developing.
